I have offices in both Helmshore (Rossendale) and Ramsbottom.

If you are not local to me or are unable to travel I offer counselling sessions via Skype.

I offer sessions at evenings and weekends if you are unable to attend at other times.

Fees for Counselling

Fees are per 50 minute session.

The duration of counselling can be short or long dependent on each person's requirements and the nature and severity of the issue.  Some people are in therapy for just a few weeks, others who have long standing problems may choose to stay in therapy longer to explore their problems in depth. To ensure you gain the most benefit from your therapy we will periodically review what we are covering in order to keep our sessions focussed.

I usually arrange to see clients once a week, however we can work flexibly to suit your needs. You may wish to gradually reduce the frequency of sessions to fortnightly or monthly towards the end of your therapy if this feels best suited to you. Follow up sessions at 3, 6 or 12 months to review progress are also available if requested. There is no obligation to continue to book more sessions, it is entirely your choice.  

I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session otherwise full payment will be due.
